Join Linda Paoli LCSW and Ruth Anderson MFT to explore this topic and learn helpful strategies to manage difficult feelings and re-energize yourself.

Every Thursday from now until the 2020 election, the 2020 Coalition (OWL, Mighty Oaks, and other progressive groups) will be working to Get Out The Vote for progressives. Currently, they are writing postcards for Sister District and Flip the West, and letters for Vote Forward, the Swing Left voter registration project.

4/8: RECLAIM OUR VOTE POSTCARD WEDNESDAY:  7-9 pm, United First Methodist Church, 2100 J St, Sacramento. Join other members of our 2020 Coalition Sacramento to push back against voter suppression. We will be writing  postcards to citizens in voter suppression states to help them check their voter status and to re-register if necessary. RECLAIM OUR VOTE is a volunteer-driven, nonpartisan voter outreach campaign to empower voters of color and fight voter suppression, especially in the South. We will be meeting on an on-going basis on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month.
