YES ON PROP. 5O

NOW is the time to convince California voters to VOTE YES ON PROP 50 in the November 4 special election. Prop 50 will make law the Election Rigging Response Act (ERRA) that was already approved by the California legislature.

What the Election Rigging Response Act will do, if passed:

  • Level the playing field for 2026. No unfair advantage for rigged maps elsewhere.
  • Reaffirm independent redistricting as California’s default and calls on all states to adopt fair, impartial maps.
  • Put voters in charge: emergency maps require voter approval.
  • Temporary by design: expires in 2030 and returns authority to the Citizens Redistricting Commission after the next census.
